I get what happened... Stewart wasn’t used to RC’s line, and naturally you would expect Ricky to go toward the outside off the jump, which stew would jump to the inside, but Ricky stayed inside... risky on stews end, but I get why he did it. Makes a ton of sense.

RC is my favorite rider...and this vid show´s why...he has that extra gear built in and always has a little bit extra speed to take out of the bike and himself. JS is also very fast but RC will always be my favorite rider.

They are both faster than anyone else but Ricky is just so much smoother and in control. Bubba crashes hard and has hurt himself alot. I hope he doesn't hurt himself like fonseca and others.

I can't believe that guy was so careless in landing on top of the other guys bike but I was amazed that the other guy was only concerned about himself and his bike and then rode off and left him. It was'nt as if he was going to win after that.

ricky was trying to keep his wheels on the ground so he could accelerate up the next section, and stewart was running behind (and running a little stupidfast). but i dont blame anyone for thinking ricky tried to get landed on. he rode pretty aggressively all the time.

ricky took an inside to outside line and bubba took an outside to inside line. the problem is that bubba was in the air when he realized they were going to collide and by then it was too late to correct.

It was neither riders fault, it's motocross and sometimes lines converge, Ricky was pissed but eventually even he said thats just racing.

im sorry but there is a reason why ricky has been unbeaten in TEN seasons of motox....he is the best...which means he's better than bubba. also as it shows in this footage ricky comes from miles back and still puts a pass on him, bubba panicks and looses control. greatest of all time, as simple as that!

I honestly think that was Ricky's fault for a few different reasons. Reason #1, why pass someone going mock ten in a fast section then slow down over the jump? #2 Ricky didn't take that same line, not one the entire race, he was more outside. #3 Ricky should have expected James to take the same line James was taking the whole race.

I was at unadilla at the time of the crash and I remember screaming HOLY SHIT at the top of my lungs when I saw this. Although they might have crossed lines, Ricky was pushing Bubba beyond his limits and he just went crazy when he got passed. Also in this season Stewart had something like 8 or 9 dnf's because of crashes. Ricky will be missed in the motocross world.

Im a Stewart hater bro but in this vid Bubba was on the kx 250 2 stroke... RC falls an still comes back an passes him but they had a big bike advantage .. RC was still faster than Bubba outdoors no matter what bike bubba got on, he later switched and rc still outran him

Their both hauling azz going as FAST as they and the bike their riding will physically be able to go around the track running on pure adrenaline.. so eventually stuff like this is going to happen. Go to 2:16 or so, it near about happened with RC landing on JS before the crash!
