I figured I'd reply because people seem confused. I was riding with my dad on the bike in front of me. This car had been in the left lane for a while and had passed us previously. So he knew of our presence on the road. When my dad moved over to the center lane, I checked to make sure it was safe and I followed him into the center lane. Then I started accelerating to catch up to him. Then the car decides to throw on his indicator and start moving over before my dad has even passed him. That's incredibly dangerous. So I start honking because he clearly doesn't see me and my dad or he just doesn't care. Once I honked, he appeared to stop moving into the center lane, and hovered between the left and middle lanes. I was expected him to move back over to the left lane and safely change lanes once we had passed. I wasn't speeding up just to motion to him. Hopefully that all makes sense. I do appreciate your worry about him knocking me off. That part is valid.

At the 7:45 minute mark it is very important that you ALWAYS have an officer come to the scene if you want to win your case. You need a police report. Do not let the officer refuse to appear as if there are no injuries sometimes they will not want to show up but then it's near impossible to win your court case unless you have video. Always have a police report after your accident. The report will show them at fault if they are at fault.

To be honest, It looked like they were on the line, as they moved across to get around the black car, as it was closer to the line than the rest. (Which I would do myself just in case someone opened their door on me.) Then you see them try to get back over but pull over towards the line again when they saw the peds walking out. Or that's what I took from the clip, as half the time I am filtering and look back on the clips of it, It looks like I am over the line when I am just on it. But I do have to ask one thing, what speed is the correct speed for filtering? As far as I am aware, there isn't a set speed limit for filtering here in the UK, only as long as you don't go over the speed limit to do the filter.

TheDeadCreepy Filter at a speed where if someone pulls out or pedestrians walk out you can stop easily/not get hurt too badly if you do crash. If everyone’s stopped then Filter at 10 mph. Adjust your speed relative to the vehicles around you.

If the lane next to you is stopped, then chances are some idiot is going to pull out or cross without looking. So why not ride defensively? Might cost you 2 more minutes but at least it’s safer, after all it’s unlikely that a rider will win in an accident.

If a biker is hit then they could die if a driver is hit by a bike they won’t die. A wheelie is not as dangerous as a distracted driver

I dig that the biker in second video clip didn't act like a complete ass when he caught up to the kid. He could have gone off, but he took the time to educate the kid in a non-threatening way. He made his point & the kid learned something. Hopefully the kid will take it to heart & be more alert in the future.

Mr. VRod, the car executing a u-turn didn't cause you to crash. Heavy front brake caused you to crash. And like a squid you headed for the same spot the car was going to. Had you veered to the right while slowing down VS maintain your speed and heading left you wouldn't have laid down your bike.

Ohio; Next time you're confronted by someone carrying a can of beer ordering you around, you should partially comply. Get off your bike and pull out your phone and dial 911. Tell the operator that you have a drunk person harassing you and threatening you while you ride your bike legally on a roadway. It is NOT your responsibility to make sure children don't run on the roadway, it's the parents that own that responsibility.

Honestly, there should be a super big fine, even bigger then its now, for people who use their phones while driving. And people who recorded them using their phones should report them and get a cut from that fine, and maybe confiscate the phone as well, maybe that would teach them to not text and drive. Just my oppinion :)

Roadside Channel; 2 things. 1. They weren't swerving "all over the road". And 2. Checking to see who's using their phone while driving isn't your job. Stay away from those people and stop pointing out to them. Most importantly, don't ever yell at someone for being on their phone and then point to your camera, like the police give a damn about your camera.

Roadside; As I've said to many others, someone being on their phone is NOT your responsibility. Just shake your head in disbelief and drive on. You'll sleep better knowing you were not on your phone. smfh But I love the "you're on film" comment. Shows your age. There isn't any 'film' involved in writing digital code. I actually had a pretty similar situation to the guy at 6:56 except I was very luckily in a car. I had someone who pulled out of a post office and tried to cut across 2 lanes of traffic into a lane where they could make a U-Turn. The didn’t look and ended up destroying the front right tire area of my car. Airbags deployed. They got away with just some cosmetic damage. Their front bumper was slightly popped off on one end.

If I was the guy who went down because of illegal u-turn from three lanes out, I would've been happy because the guy actually stayed. I feel like the majority of people who hit motorcyclist where I live, which is Los Angeles, CA, make a break for it, and the sad part is that alot of them get away too. My instinct in that situation would've been to pick up my bike and flip the Killswitch. My bike is my baby, and I wouldn't have left it on the ground like that. I would also want my bike ready to give chase in case dude did try and flee.
