I'm not justifying it because it was pretty disgraceful behaviour. Just to clarify he did move into my lane, I planned on moving into the bus lane but the car was there. Looking ahead and seeing the car, I pressed the horn to warn that I was there after seeing that he was drifting lanes. Expecting him to acknowledge that I was there was the stupid part. This is incredibly common on this stretch of road that people drift from lane 3 into lane 2 because that's the straight line. If you don't believe me: 51.420945, -0.128590 If I was in the same scenario now I'd just slow down and let them in, yes it would annoy me but it is what it is.
