Here the first thing we're taught when starting school is to line up for everything (not in the line, you miss out). I've noticed Indian kids don't do this. this translates to when they grow up and get their license they drive all over the road instead of in neat lines. I could be wrong of course.

@@kruleworld I was born in the US but went to India for 1-3 grade we do line up, most of the problem with traffic laws is the overpopulation so people don't care and just go, my family was quite wealthy and we had a driver and in West India many others have drivers too

Probably depends on country... In my country it is not illegal to overtake two or more cars at once and the first car does not have absolute right to overtake first... Before overtaking u are supposed to watch your mirror for a reason u are already being overtaken.

8:46 let that be a lesson for you. When a car is stopped in the middle of the road, especially if its infront of an intersection, always slow down to walking speed. There is usually always a reason why they are stopped.

The way I see as abiker, it it doesnt matter if you are in the right or not, because at the end of the day you end up in a wheelchair for the rest of your life and the driver with a dented car. I can guarantee you, when you are in the wheelchair, youll regret not being more careful even if you were in the right. The biker always loses in the long run, its not worth it just to be able to hear the judge say "the other guy is in the wrong".

@@SportSoulLife yes I know all of that but I would still like to know if what the rider was doing where that was filmed was illegal or legal because where i live even though the pedestrians are jaywalking and if he did run into them the rider would considered at fault and get the ticket don't get me wrong the jaywalkers would also get a ticket but not as bad as the riders one.

DILLIGAF Not sure how it would be in the US either, but in europe, the ones who come from the right have right of way. This is unless they have a yield or stop sign (think i see a yield sign for a split second there). Another exception is if they are comming from a parking lot, parking garage, anywhere really where there is only parking spaces nearby. But the biker in Europe would have broken the rule of not comming to a complete stop next to that car. If a car in a lane is stopped, or moving very slowly, you need to stop next to it before going past it. This includes parked cars that obstruct the field of view of a pedestrian crossing or a junction.
