I volunteered with a fire department here in Texas when I was in High School. The assistant chief at the time had a son who was my age and could get away with anything. He operated tax funded equipment at the age of 17 (driving trucks to go get food and whatever else) and was avoided by every adult in the department. I bet the reason that such massive gaps happen is because the leading cars is trying to keep up with these clowns speeding ahead and even being commanded by them to keep up. Imagine how frustrating it would be if you had to deal with this guy all the time, knowing that one day he's going to cause a serious accident and get someone injured/killed. Then on top of that knowing that the justice system won't do shit, and you just have to put up with him making a mockery of your profession that you put your life on the line for every day. Also knowing he's a convicted pedophile and registered sex offender running a business likely making more money than you do a year... I don't know how some of these cops have as much patience as they do for him.

In case you didnt know, and Jeremy is too humble to bring it up, he once parachuted into Tokyo Bay the day after the atomic bombs were dropped.
