Very safe. Think of it this way, if a vendor was selling anything that would make you sick, be it ice, water, or food, word would get around and that vendor would not be in business anymore. Great question and thanks for the comment.

I can't drive a motor bike and really don't want to. Can I get around in a car? What are the associated costs? Maybe you can make a video on alternatives to motorbiking

Really all I know is that cars are a bit spendy here. That's not to say it isn't possible. All I really know is that cars seem to drive too slow in the city, and way too fast on the main highways out of town. Thanks for watching the video !!!!
