Thanks for the video. Someone mentioned most heated gloves are bulky, but the ones I use are designed to work with heated grips. They are thinner so you can feel your controls better, and the warmth from heated grips will transfer through easier. The tops have the insulation to keep cold out. The heat runs on top of the fingers, fingertips, and sides. Hopefully, these work for you because like you mentioned, dealing with those wires can be a pain. They work good but not as convenient.

Agree and that has always been my dislike too.

I love heated gloves they all just seem to be so bulky but they get the job done. Plug in is the way to go. I tried battery and they just didn’t last long enough. Good review

Hey BoDean! I'm across the lake from you in Wisconsin and was able to get out today for a nice ride. The small lakes and rivers have started to freeze already! Good gloves review, me and the missus are in the market for heated gloves so I'll look into them. Cheers! Mick 🍻

If your roads are clear and mostly dry and if you need a little more help motivating yourself to get and and ride, go run to the store, post office, gym or whatever else needs to get done on your bike. It works for me. The glove should help. I understand it’s gets pretty cold where you are so good luck.

Good review of heated gloves. Am thinking these battery pack gloves have improved enough they might be the way to go. No need to overload the bike’s charging system by drawing too many amps from the battery. As we both know, the M8 motor needs all the power the battery can give. I wear a plug in jacket liner for riding Nov-Feb in Kansas. It does make a difference. Ambient temperature less than 40 deg.F. best to drive a car or stay home.😊

The battery-operated ones intrigue me. I've had wired heated gloves and an adapter for them that plugs into the built-in Harley tender plug [left side cover on touring bikes], and they work great... but wiring up my jacket [because I don't like wires dangling] and being tethered to the bike... not so great. With heated grips, even if the battery dies, I still have some warmth. Great review - the garden hose test always cracks me up!
@BoDean52Ай бұрын
I should start those videos with the garden hose :), hope your well brother

low 50s on my way home tonight in Florida. had 4 light jackets on and was still freezing. I need heated gear. (Floridians don't do cold well!) So waiting for your review.

Nice gloves I really like how the come up and over the jacket cuff. I had one company send me winter riding gloves for a review, but they are not heated, nor are they water resistant. I like the battery. Just be sure to NOT charge the battery while in the glove pocket last year someone did a similar styled glove, and it caught fire while charging. The battery was sewn into the glove. Rubber down, Faith up!! XanBiker

I had to buy some new gloves this year, and your 2024 has a plug under the seat. I wouldn't say I like battery power. If you ride long distances, they will die.
