Good video bro, I’m in Dallas been here 3 years now but have been scared as hell of the traffic.. recently had a wreck on 121 from a guy just sitting in the middle of the tollway with no hazards and now have a rod & screws in my leg… I was in a car but and was actually going to buy another bike the next day.. It works with any type of vehicle on the road from scooters to peterbuilts. Here are the main principles: Aim High. The first rule for this method is “Aim high in steering”. .. keep an eye 15 seconds ahead of your position The Big Picture. “Be aware of your surroundings at all times. Check mirrors every 8 seconds Keep Your Eyes Moving. ... Leave Yourself an Out. ... Make Sure They See You Using these principles and your tips will keep you alive. Avoid distractions, know your route ahead of time, allow plenty of time to get to your destination without rushing.

Yea it’s all off feel honestly and what you trying to do. I wouldn’t recommend being in 6 gear at 10mph or cruising at 90secs 1st. Just feel the bike it’ll tell you. If it’s screaming like annnnnnnnnnn you probably need to go up a gear. If it feels like it’s sputtering then you probably need to drop a gear.

There’s a highway here, where I live and there is some road work going on. What’s it like to ride over big bumps going 75/80 mph. What I mean by big bumps is part of the highway is being replaced and the bridges are not so the asphalt is two different heights. About an inch difference.

Going deaf fast over bump you definitely will fill it so if you can’t try to slow down or avoid. Usually when I go over bumps that big I just kind of stand up at the seat or a lift up at the seat and let the bike absorbed and you absorb with your knees

I’ve had some older folks scold me and tell me never to ride in the middle lanes that I should either be riding in the far right/slowest lane or the far left lane only if I’m passing. I don’t know what they mean by that. To me the lane that I’m in is based on the speed, I’m planning to go (similar to how I would be driving my car). Am I totally wrong/misunderstanding this?

Me trying to figure out where you are based on traffic, and then you say Dallas, and suddenly that 635/75 signage isn't unreadable. lol. Miss Dallas, but would never ride on the highway there. Definitely ride your own ride bro. If you’re not comfortable with it, don’t do it long as you make it to your destination and home that’s the only thing that matters.

Bikes weaving in between me and another vehicle is not cool. I had one blow past me within a few feet, couple less feet he would've painted that asphalt.
