Nice Video! I also have to change the seals of my waterpump. Do u still have the 3d print model by any chance? I tried it with a allen nut but it was a little bit to big, the mechanical seal went skew and i had to order another one

Thank you! It was a very simple model, unfortunately I don't have it anymore. While you're at it, change the oil seal too.

Lovely careful work. I did not see you change the bearing, I have ordered one. Did you change it off camera?

Thank you! My bearing was in perfect condition, there was no need to change it. Changing a bearing mounted on an aluminum support is a delicate operation, take all the necessary precautions. It's easy to ruin.

Grazie, si ne perdeva abbastanza. Oltretutto era una perdita insidiosa perché si manifestava in maniera evidente a motore caldo e una volta spento finiva di gocciolare.

Ceramic water pump seals, Pump impeller shaft oil seal (under water pump seals), O-ring, Gasket.

I advise you to download the workshop manual, and download an exploded view. So you can go to the spare parts dealer and ask him exactly what you need.

Ciao quegli adattatori mi sono serviti per spingere il paraolio e la tenuta dell'acqua. I cuscinetti non gli ho mai smontati. Comunque mandami una email così te li passo.
