A low speed minimal off is hardly an endorsement of quality. EN 13595 is a start but there is basically no quality management whatsoever in motorcycle gear and even when you're paying mega-bucks you're probably just getting untested shit.

OK that's fine. So do those jean pass EN 13595 or not? That's really all I'm asking. The RHOK website only says that their stuff is "made for" EN13595 and that it's "internally tested", not whether or not their jeans actually pass the standard (lol, marketing assholes). They're probably(?) better than pure 100% kevlar which is shit but that's not saying much.

I honestly don't know. I doubt he sent them for the testing because its $$$ and RHOK is a TINY company (its literally the owner, one guy. I am the distributor) I can tell you that I have seen a bunch of reports of people going down in them, some at highway speeds and walking away having shed no blood. I can also tell you that 100% straight kevlar is far from shit, I have seen people go down in pants with that, and walk away not bleeding. Many times. Not just the Force jeans/pants which use 100% kevlar, but others as well. Also, Kevlar comes in different weights (basically the tightness and thickness of the weave) and some will protect better than others.

OK so I have some more info for you. Yes, tested and passed by TUV labs in EU. But honestly I trust real world crash tests more than I trust lab tests. Given the chance to wear gear certified in a lab with no feedback from people who crashed in it, VS wearing gear with no lab certification but multiple accounts of crashing and it doing its job well, I would go for the real world results pants every time. That said, yes, they passed TUV lab tests in Europe.

And I apologize for taking fully 7 months to get that info for you.
