because obviously, the person in the car wasnt looking before merging. if they're merging while a biker was coming it would cause a crash, plus, it's pretty hard to hit the brakes when their going that fast. educate yourself, and it literally has no speed limit. And even if it was Germany, if you go significantly faster than the "Richtgeschwindingkeit" of 130 kmh (and >200 kmh certainly is that) you will get at least part if not all of the fault in case of an accident.
