it was bikers fault in that, the cyclist was turning right from furthest lane to the right ,then you are supposed go straight from middle lane thats why there are three lanes and lane rules to oblige, i guess some fault lies in cyclist to as he had headphones on .

Well, I just saw the biker tried to smash the mirror but missed it, and then they pulled over... No idea why this video is cut. It makes sense that these guys are targeting only the biker, not other bikers... I hope you understand this.

11:52 and earlier: I don't know what it's like in the US, but isn't the cyclist right? Even if he made an unexpected turn and crossed a lane, the motorcyclist is not allowed to pass someone on the right where I come from. So it's his fault, isn't it?

In the US there are not strict laws on lane order of speed. It's discouraged from passing in the right lane, but in some places it's not even discouraged. With that said, I can't imagine it really matters in this case. The cyclist took a sudden right turn from the middle lane. Even if the motorcyclist wasn't about to pass, the cyclist likely would have been hit. Since the motorcyclist was passing the cyclist actually took a less serious fall. Timing wise if the motorcyclist wasn't passing it probably would have been front of motorcycle to cyclist body instead of cyclist body to side of motorcycle.
