Did you have to have the humminbird fortrex mount for the 360 machined as the upper shaft is 2 inches vs 1 and 3/4 inch fortrex shaft? i have the tour pro and am facing the same situation as i ordered a fortrex mount + humminbird 360 also. any suggestions appreciated.

Dont buy this its been nothing but problems since I got it even brought it in and still bad. Whish I got a Minkota
