We bought the F65 as a second car for my wife and it's more than adequate for that. Our two children sit in the back and both have enough space. And then there's the larger trunk.

People tend to overestimate their car needs. I daily a 2 seater and it’s enough for commute, drop and pick my kid to school and some groceries. Prior I was driving a pickup truck 😎

I really wish Mini would reintroduce the Clubman. I love mine, and I'd love to see a 2025 third generation of one. I think the clubman is a versatile vehicle and seats 4 people more comfortably than the 4 door cooper. I am hoping so since the Aceman isn't available here, and I don't prefer EVs anyhow.

Keeping the 4 door over the clubman is a huge misstep in my opinion.
@MotoringFileАй бұрын
Agreed. However it was much easier to do given the production similarities between the four door and two door.

I wish MINI didn't drop the 3rd pedal. They also needed to create a racing series similar to the MX-5 Cup.

I have had the JCW 5 door for 8 days. I’m coming from a 2022 JCW. I like the drive and interior but I’m an overweight 5’6. I’m getting better getting in but I brush my head most times getting in. Getting out is a nightmare. It is giving me impetus to lose weight. Some of my exits look like the car is violently birthing me. Other times, I look like I’m doing some kind of clown car maneuver. I miss the adjustable arm rest. The JCW would have raised my lease by an extra $100. This one is $4 less than my old JCW. I also miss the accessory options.

İ wonder if the front seats could've been setted all the way to the front as to be able for a better idea if this could add some more space for the seats in the back... At least for the passenger seat, let's say if in the front passenger wouldn't be used for example..-?

The pricing is too high. For 40k, you might as well go for the bmw x1 for a little more. I bought a new f56 in 2015 for 25k which was way below MSRP. These cars tend to stay on lots for a long time so make a low offer and you will probably get it.

The new OS system still has many bugs. Voice control, navigating often difficult, screen blacking out and too many steps to do simple things

my only real limitation to a MINI is the closest dealer is 60+ miles away. The closest BMW dealer is just 14. Are BMW techs 'automaticly' MINI techs if I need non-standard service? A 60 mile tow is not great and extremely inconvenient.

Unfortunately they typically aren’t trained to work on MINIs - at least officially. However there are some cases where MINI and BMW are allowing it. Might want to give them a call.

Definitely! Those styling changes, IMO, are striking. Well worth the money.

100% for the shift paddles and improved brakes alone. Watch our review of the two door here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rp_Nn3yZltd9iZIsi=kLZnqLT2TaCHV6R6

if you can't do the JCW, Dinan or similar can get you more go. Obviously the JCW is the most cohesive, but you can achieve similar results at your pace in the aftermarket.

@@K03sport Just keep in mind you can't get a full/real JCW in the F65 5 door. However you can get the JCW Trim which adds the look and a few worthwhile small things: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rp_Nn3yZltd9iZI
