How do you increase the fuel when shooting nos? Is it overly rich to begin with? Without extra fuel you will burn a piston. Keep a check on the porcelain of your spark plug, when specks of aluminium appear the piston is melting. Toss the nos, and get a18mm mikuni with about seven inches of intake, and tune it. Nice bike, and remember gadgets make people rich, not horsepower.

I would like to see you install a myriad of aftermarket high performance parts, including a tuned pipe, carburetor, air filter etc. Once you add the carburetor and exhaust pipe try filling up the tank with like 103 octane Sunoco 260 GT 'race' fuel. Really its just high octane gas that we cant get at the pump here in the us. Once you add the new carburetor and pipe I believe the compression ratio may increase? Either way it is probably already 10:1 or higher so it would benefit from race gas no matter what folks wanna tell you. If you aren't already using high performance synthetic 2 stroke racing oil then I suggest you try Red Line 2T synthetic racing 2 stroke oil as it has the best performance out there and best reviews. once i switched to it i noticed a 15% or so improved mid range and slight top speed increase on my goped sport scooter. Also idk if this is a geared bike but if you plan on getting more top speed out of it, may want to try a geared Trek or a bike frame designed for engine kit to be attached and jack shaft kit to usher in a much more usable power spread through whatever amount of gears the chosen bike has.

How about some types... i been looking at the zeda kit with dio reed and window piston oko carb. Names i know from my scooter tuning but these 2t bikes are a new love and im lost at to what is better. I have a 50mm flying horse kit now near the end of its life all stock hitting 30mph avg seen 37mph on my gps but there was hills lol So my questions whats the better pipe? Long short fat? Carb I've seen a few nice ones but they dont have the primer thing is that ok? Mine seems to start better with it.. Cdi/coil sparkplug im getting a ngk set. I've seen watercooled motors that would be cool but i like that my motor is hidden bye my legs makes it easier with cops being a issue

Im building this same kit. First timer. Im curious, did you not use the chain tensioner on your bike? Im thinking if i have chain tight enough that i won't need to install it. That thing looks scary to me. You ever have problems with chain falling off? Great vid. Had me nervous thinking you were gonna crash.

theone2be33 you can look on e bay or other motorized bike sites for spring loaded chain tensioners they mount on the engine inside the drive sprocket cover.

I use the Tensioner from the kit,but bought a Steel Sprocket off Ebay for $12.I'm going to get Spring and lever now too,as the chain needs tightening weekly and I want to stop the wobble feel when it's loose, and I don't want the wear.

The pulley and spring will keep the chain tight against the sprocket aligner.

I use foam roll bar padding around the frame and tighten the tank down onto it, acts as a shock absorber and stops the breaking of tank mounts.
