@@as_soon_as_possible I speak in the context of 2 wheels not cars. A bicycle weighs hundreds of pounds less than a motorcycle, along with good brakes a bicycle will always be faster (at stopping) then a motorcycle. So let's say you put motorcycle breaks on a bicycle and somehow go as fast as a superbike on that bicycle.... that bicycle will stop faster because of the weight difference.

@@Few.Be.There.That.Find.It. you're forgetting that motorcycles have even bigger tires, better suspension, brakes and so on. And no, that motor bike will not out perform any motorcycle in my opinion. At the speed he was going and the braking distance I can easily come to a smooth stop with my KTM duke 390 (not even a supersport bike but anyway)

@@as_soon_as_possible Do you understand that what makes a bicycle a bicycle is not the tires wheels and brake size. I think you are imagining the same bike in this video. I bet if you modify sur ron wheels to fit on a motorized bicyle and put grippy tires on it with upgraded brakes, it will out stop any motorcycle let's say 50mph to 0, or even 100mph or more. Understand physics my dude. If you can understand that a heavy 18-wheeler truck cannot stop as fast as a regular truck you can also understand that a heavier motorcycle cannot stop faster than a lighter motorized bicycle, it is physics

Nice job sounds great .. how hard was the jack shaft to install?

It's not difficult to install but it needs to be done correctly else you will have problems with the chain coming off. People don't install them properly and then they blame the kit. Pity we cant buy them anymore, they are really great. Best addition to a motorized bicycle.

It's really not too much. I can always find the correct gear for the hill or speed i want... or against headwinds. Small increments between gears seems to help. If needed I can also change 3 gears at a time with the XT derailleur i have.

не буду спорить, каждому своё))) мне 6 скоростей много, приходится перескакивать через некоторые. Кстати у меня немного другая схема, с промежуточного вала одна цепь идёт прямо на колесо, а вторая через фривил на педали.@@MotorizedBicycle1

Its a sickbikeparts.com kit but unfortunately they are no longer in business.
