Samurai are little beasts,, one of the best kept 4x4 secrets out there 20 yr old frame that's a solid frame,, new tires needed but he's set, and brake pads they are dry and will kill the rims fast

Yes, your advice to your friend was spot on. Oh, btw that stupid little button thing that you can push down on the stock carbs is for resetting the float. Sometimes the float will get stuck and flood out the motor so you can push that little button to "re-set" or re- seat the needle n seat. I learned that from a motorized bike group on Facebook. Mystery solved finally! I was excited to tell you that. You have the BEST YOU TUBE CHANNEL OUT THERE! Thanks Hover.

It's to put extra fuel into the carb on startup not to reset the float.

*_Hello. I am super new to this hobby. Actually I just built my first Motorized Bike and I love it. I wanted to get a motorcycle but wow are they expensive. Then while looking for alternatives I came across your channel and decided to build a motorized mountain bike. Currently I use the bike to get deep into the woods because I am also big into metal detecting. Eventually I plan on using it as a road bike as well but here in PA you need to have only a 49cc gas engine, lights, turn signals, automatic transmission, insurance and a license plate. So for now, I will only be using my bike for getting me deep into the woods. Keep up the great videos... I really enjoy them_*

Guys are using the 85 cc MX bike pipes on these. It takes some cutting and welding to get this done but the results are huge.

Id love to see a ktm 65 pipe one his yd100 setup I have a ktm 65 pipe on my fully ported pk80 and that pipes really makes all the other mods just work together big difference with and without the pipe you can hear and feel when it hits the powerband

Great video, lots of fun. I might check out this engine, getting mine ready for the season and the small sprocket is chewed up, handful of other issues. I dont think my Trek frame is ready for a BT100 though. Keep the videos coming, makes my Friday work days go quicker!

Hi LA Hover! I bought two of those carbs for both my Firestorm Zeda80 and BT80, upon inspecting the inside of the carb, the jets are different than that of the stock NT carb and there is no emulsion tube, needle is much smaller but thicker with 5 notches for the e-clip. Performance on both my motors was also great, I just had to tinker with the needle settings which I ended up putting the e-clips on the middle notch for both my bikes. Acceleration was smooth and peppy but I have to agree to you there is a tiny bit of 4 stroking at the top, maybe changing the air filters to a more breathable one would solve this issue

i went for another good flap today on my 50cc 2t china doll. im fortunate to have similar forest tracks as you, they go straight for 2.5km, my little bit of america. cant wait to get a bigger head for it, because i know that will really liven it up. because i tuned up a old mobylette before, the bigger head really made it exciting. i wonder if i end up getting a 60cc or 70 or 80cc. hmm.

You can also tell how a person treats their dog by the dogs reaction to the person. Great videos as I am learning a lot before I build my first one but I want a 4 stroke. Question on clutch assemblies and jackshafts. Are they the same thing or is it one or the other? Some motors come with a clutch assembly on them. AND which is better?

have ever found that the stock exaust vibrates your bike a lot?my bikevibrates like crazy and i thought that might be the reason. Ive checked all the bolts and their tight and ive put strips of rubber underneath the all the motor mounts. Any thoughts?

Let us know how that big head goes. I’m thinking about getting one for the longest time too. How much longer can you ride without taking a brake? How long did it take before. For me my bike had to cool down after like 10 minutes of riding or it will lose a lot of power.

i upgraded my little motor to max : cnc high head with 1 mm squish gap , g2 reed kit ( 3transfer and widow piston ) , knock off mz pipe and im during break in period with a 20/1 mix , do you think i can ride at wot or no for a bit time ?

Sorry stupid question but can I just use one piston ring .... I opened the engine and one was cracked but I seen that it can increase the rpm .... I'm new to this enjoying learning about the engine but I was just looking for an another person view on it ....if you can get back to me if you have any knowledge on it please

@@Spacecruizer203 make sure you clean it out before you do. Otherwise anything it caught will go straight into the carb... fill the line with gas (off the bike) and blow the junk out.
