Get a 4" piece of pvc and fasten it to your rack . It will elevate the bags with a light waterproof storage area if you cap it with the rear cap threaded . Problem solved with a bonus area .

To match the transfer roofs with the top edge of the port, you can fill the void with jb-weld or epoxy. If you let it cure with the cylinder angled you can also change/improve the roof angle without any machining.

Welp I see the oil i use, lucky i have been using that for a year now but will be using Opti 2 soon. Aluminum rear rack will crack if not properly mounted. Definitely will consider the iron sleeved cylinder, for i have now a daily bike now that's more manageable (compared to my chopper build) but needs improvement for suspension. On a side note, you'll probably want to add yourself new forks on the Bayside, just remember to get the bottom crown from the old forks onto the new ones for it to work. Also what tank you ordered, for it better not be the the one i showed you on discord (there's issues you need to know of it before you install it)

@@pieshark9396 well at this point it could be a faulty cable/wire, use the continuity tester function on a multi-meter to see if the blue and black wires are intact (take off the magneto cover there you will find the other halves of the wires) if the blue wire is broken you could use the white one (it is connected to the same point) if the wires are ok than you might want to change the cdi...

Might seem like I'm not really helping, but if you're holding the clutch in, the engine is disengaged from the wheel, and thus can't start; releasing the lever actually engages the engine and if that doesn't turn the engine over, you have clutch problems

Tried adjusting the collar and also search far and deep and found a racing clutch plate and pads and nothing works. I think the problem your having could possibly be what I am

First of all thanks for the video! You make really great content I love your videos! It is 4stroking a lot...It really bothers me...my first engine that I have ever used was 4stroking as well until I started using 1.30 oil.fuel ratio (I also tried adjusting the needle in the carb but it did not solve the 4stroking), my second engine (by the looks it is the same you Sir use in this video) just runs really smooth, no 4 stroking at all(1.16 oil still in break in period)...it really is a lottery.
