A lot of people seem hung up on this but I'm not sure I've ever seen it as an overwhelming issue. Notice that even the Porsche Cayenne still has it in the traditional location, and I don't see anybody saying "eeghad!"after two decades and bolting because of that. This may look "cleaner," but in terms of actual cleaning the traditional location has a more effective sweep of that all-important bottom right corner (and bottom in general), where the glass is untouched by this inverse/upside down sweep. Now if Porsche would only not fix what ain't broke on a couple other pieces...! Edit: before everyone jumps on this, I like the look too, just not bothered by the old look - and fully realize, in this industry, it's better to looook good than to feel (run) good these days!

Andrea and Zach always give us a charismatic report! The new Murano is gorgeous, but I am afraid of the VCT engine at the moment. We bought a brand new 2024 Murano SL with the sonorous (and old-school) V6 while we could. We went with old, proven, good value, and interior controls/materials that are straight out of any 2016 Infiniti. The CVT is smooth and unobtrusive, and lets that V6 sing when it's time to merge. I only feel the slightest nudge of torque converter lockup/unlock when feathering the throttle in city driving, but otherwise it is always in the right "gear" with no shift shock.
