You forgot to tell about TPMS, ESP, Engine Idle Auto Start/Stop and Hill Start Assist that it offers. Edit - From the later half of 2024, 6 airbags as standard across all Citroën models confirmed. Remember everyone, any company can give features if they want to but only a good and experienced company if willing to put more efforts in a budget segment category can get the driving dynamics right for the mass market! BTW I have C3 Shine Turbo that's why I know what gem of a car it is in driving just how Polo GT was

As a person who worked in the automotive electronics industry, I can confirm that there are few companies demand for reliable electronics beyond 5 years. Most of the car companies warrant those for just three years. Beyond 5 years most of the electronics are prone to fail any time and those features are mostly going to be useless. People should look at the quality of the basic car rather than going behind features. None of these hi-fi feature rich Kia, hyundai, Tatas, MG are going to work more than 10 years. C3 is a winner here in that regard.

I have the top model of this car with vibe pack.. have driven around 1000+ kms on this. Have to say.. this is the best value for money fun to drive car in the segment. The engine is thrillingly peppy, suspension and comfort and space is awesome.. even it feels pretty solid with heavy doors and hood..and surprisingly music system is great as well. It has most of the utlility features.. like wireless android auto apple car play in a 10inch display..Really happy with the purchase

For people who are crying about ncap ratings... I bought this car and I had a tata tigor before this car and you know what ... The build quality is similar to my tata tigor. I can feel that because I used tigor for 5 yrs and can feel the same in Citroen c3 aircross. Yes obviously this car will fail in ncap rating bcuz they don't provide mandatory safety feature lag for those tests.. which were 6 airbags, adas and 360 camera ... So don't just complain watching videos . People who have tested it personally knows how this car is and its build...Also Citroen has confirmed that 6 air bag will be available from mid of this year. The real thing you need to worry about is the service centre.. Service is really good but you need a service centre somewhere around your city.. if so you can buy else its hard to buy without service centres.

Bought one👍 Felt i made the right choice💯 Excellent Engine and gearbox, superior ride quality and all the right basic features One thing to note for the top end price of c3 aircross for the same price there is only the mid or 2nd base variant of creta, seltos or elevate Where i feeling the feature are on par with the competition or on some aspect even better Cant be compared to the top model of other cars which cost upwards of 20L

It screams cheap rather than affordable for a price of 15 lac! Firstly the last row is forced and its not a traditional 7 seater car secondly for a car of 15 lac it misses out on a bunch of useful features. Third, its a trust feature, Indians are spoiled in terms of VFM seudo SUVs like Creta and Seltos, MUVs like XL6, Carens and Ertiga. . This car falls short at first impression itself and one had to talk a lot to justify why they bought this! And lastly there are no words related to crash test ratings for this car!

Who needs to justify what ? Space, comfort, dynamics, performance, you don't get all these together in any of the car in this segment. And it's either benchmark or almost there in all of these aspects. I find electric folding mirror a big miss, but can't go for another car in this segment while compromising the more important fundamental already mentioned. The quality of plastics inside are really good, for eg the plastic used in door pad is much better than the one in Seltos HTK variants which are almost 4 lakhs more expensive. Just try, the manual seat adjuster lever of driver side of creta seltos and C3 aircross, your perspective of quality will get changed. The lever which you won't see but use with hand feels very solid with good rounded edge and finish in Citroen, the same feels flimsy and delicate in Hyundai/ Kia in comparison. That is perceived quality vs actual quality for you.

This review shud hv come a month earlier.. nevertheless a nice review. No doubt the car looks very promising and relaible. Looks tge best in its segment. Citron has got the basics right(engine+gear+suspension) 👍 true to its earopean dna. For those foolishly cribbing about features shud also consider its affordable price point. Adding sunroof n other unnecesaary features n increasing its price by 2-3 lakhs wud make no sense. And most of the features offered by kia/hyndai aur a waste. This car is a no nonsense car truely for the enthusiasts who want better driving and seating dynamics. 👍

Considering Citroen C3 aircross At after watching this but bit confusing about safety rating, body Rolling, solid body absorb front and side impact. Self driving for last 10 years with Micra CVT with lot of features which missed on this but hope Citroen will come up with few more essential features not panoramic view sunroof but essential 6 airbags , start stop botton, keyless entry, ADAS , cruise control. I remember you telling us that when you buy a car you can get music system, seats etc fit from outside but one thing you cannot get is safety. It is your insurance you buy by ensuring the car is safe. But this car got zero stars in global ncap. Do you still recommend it. If yes, how safe it is as per you.

This car is yet to be crash tested. C3 scored zero in Latin NCAP because latin ncap norms are stringent so much so that even Hyundai Tuscon got zero stars. Creta and Seltos aren't going to be any safer than C3 aircross. Also, all Citroen models will come with 6 airbags as standard from the second half of this year.

It was tested in Latin NCAP not Global NCAP, and just for the record, latin NCAP is so stringent that even Tata Nexon will get 0-1 star there. Like for eg. they want ADAS mandatory. Sadly none of the indian cars (tata and mahindra included) will score 5 stars there. Safari, Harrier and xuv700 would fetch 4 tho because they have most of the safety items mandatorily required by latin NCAP.

Sadly, most people are gunning for features over car fundamentals. This car has one of the best fundamentals and what one would mostly experience every time, basic/essential features are covered (I think they really missed automatic foldable ORVMs) but you get alloys, big entertainment system with wireless android/apple etc.

How's the ride quality compared to Xuv700? I feel a lot of jerks are felt inside the xuv on bad roads! Since you drive xuv mostly, you should be able to answer that honestly.

Ride quality and overall suspension is superior in comparison to xuv700. For replacement of terrano, we were into xuv700, but dropped because of suspension noise and bit jerky ride, we found safaris rides to be little better than xuv700 more importantly quieter suspension. Still felt lacking coming from terrano/duster, the first T.D of C3 Aircross, itself the car proved to be the best replacement for terrano, the ride quality, performance and dynamics were the top most priority so went ahead with c3A. I would suggest you to test drive the car to get a feel of it yourself. If your XUV is running 18" alloys, downsize to 17", you will definitely feel the improvement in ride quality.
