Bought an XE after almost 20 years of driving 3 series. It is a great car and you don't see ten thousand people a day with the exact same car.

What are your impressions and thoughts? Is it XE P250? How would you compare it to the latest G20 330i?

@@MatiKosa I can only compare it to the 3 series I owned, every model except G20. Almost all 3.0 and 2.5 diesel, a few 2.0 petrol. The XE is (even) more fun to drive and it still turns heads in a way mercedes, audi and beamers don't anymore because they're more common than VWs at this point. I can't comment on reliability yet, my only complaint is the backup camera sometimes not switching on and, when it's cold, the car complaining about low battery when it's not low battery. But I prefer it over every BMW I ever owned, except for my 2001 E39 M5, but that was probably the best sedan ever made.

I preferred XE p250 RWD and adore it every single time driving. Feels way more special than BMW! Thanks for the video.

Agree with your review, and would add this; the XE looks and feels a lot less common than ‘yet another 3 series’.

Ordered the XE a few months ago, bloody chip shortages. Beautiful car

AR still saying they have chip shortages, i thought car makers where mostly back on track..i am hoping they reinstate 360 degree cameras and the clearsight camera ( shark fin) soon.They where withdrawn about 2 and a half years ago with the chip shortages.

XE was a good looking car always. But after the 2019 changes, it looks awesome. Sorry to any BM fans, but the new revised XE exterior hands on trumps the latest BM 3. There is no arguing that.

I love my XE, its the older generation but its handling is superb really good fun on twisty roads. A great review...I've got my eye on a newer model now 😀😍

Love my Jag XE D200 MHEV Black Edition, it the drive is fantastic and the spec is insanely good.

I have had my first XE since 2017 and love it. Where I live it is a rarer car on the road, and I love that plus its handling and exhaust note under heavy acceleration. Now I am in my 9 month wait period for my next XE, but luckily still able to enjoy my first til it arrives!

Although I own an XE, and I love it a lot. I think you forget to mention BMW’s the rear seat space and the powertrain are superior.

Past before years it was not good for reliability , but from decade TATA MOTORS🏁 have took the initiative. And there is High possibility 👍that among there report _JLR_ sales report get Good position till 2025 Though the build🌟 quality & reliability has improved of Jaguar in present days .💝

The 3 series looks like an old design pimped up a bit, whereas the XE looks like a fresh modern and elegant design. BMW have completely lost their way with design over the last 10 years and they just look like they don't know what to do about it.

If its down to driving the car and fun driving the xe is better thats why i bought one but the bmw practically is better but wanted a fun drive and the xe is fantastic

Anyone drive one of the latest diesel XE's? Excellent price brand new here in UK at moment. £4k cheaper than the petrol version. I am presuming the brand new models no longer have the timing chain issue?

Tried to buy a Jaguar XE last week 9/22 to be told Jaguar have not built a XE or XF for 20 months. Dealers do not know when one will be available. Pity as I believe where possible to support British industry, unlike our present Government. Still looking for a car.
