He cheated. 2 weeks ago it was scandalous when a 30th place guy makes the chase, so nascar lied and kicked him out. This week a 36th place makes the chase, he cheats to do it. And it is ignored and all the same who cried foul 2 weeks ago are celebrati g this farce. Kyle should have wrecked him when he blocked, instead of backing off and letting him keep going( below the line) . We know hamlin and logano would have wrecked him in a heartbeat. Then would jump out in the winners circle and say " that's racing, anyone else would do the same. When a win or the chase is on the line, you do what you have to do".. and nascar wouldn't have done a thing.

I didn't really hear the call watching it live, but hearing it here for the first time, I am in agreement with so many other comments. I liked his calls back when he did it a few years ago too. He just has a play-by-play voice and demeanor. Rick Allen sounds like he should be a radio host or reading audiobooks.
