In my personal opinion I believe fitting the Revolution engine to Nightster model is the best thing Harley Davidson could do.Perhaps the entire Sportster range will have the Revolution in both capacities.

It seems the younger generation loves the ugly blacked out look. To me it sucks! The manufacturer knows that the painted look is cheaper to produce. Adding chrome and polished engine cases makes the bike stand out. This military look does nothing for me. Saw to much of that when I as in the service. I’d never throw down the big buck on a bike that’s all dulled out. You guys that attend bike shows, what do you find yourself admiring. Polish, paint, and lots of chrome. If I see one of these dulled out bike in a show, I just walk on. Nothing to see there. These bike remind me of my first Harley I purchased from a military out let still in the crate. A 1944 Harley WLA, flathead. All green and no shinny stuff. Ugly as homemade sin. But I change it. New paint and lots of chrome. Nothing but the frame was painted fenders were bobbed and chromed. It made it slip through the air better. No drag on dull paint. 😎
