I love Suzuki for bringing a close to motogp livery in production bikes.

Excellent review, Simon are you're skills transferable by psychic powers - wish I could ride a gsxr like you can. Personally the gsxr is the best however I'm only capable of riding the 750 version; I had a 1000cc but it was far superior for me to handle.

So what happened with this bike? Can't see it on any videos, still only shows your old bike, the pre 2017 Gixxer.

I am so confused, Simon Crafar knows what he is talking about, you cant dispute that. However all the British bike mag journo's completely slate the bikes brakes on and in some cases off the track. Granted Simon did say he would change the master cylinder, but said the caliper and pads where good along with their performance. Am I wasting my money on bike mags???

Simon says: " I have also now disconnected the ABS. I fitted a Brembo master cylinder and lines straight to the callipers. I just blanked off the lines coming from the ABS system with caps to stop fluid dripping out (Glen Searle thought of the idea) right where the ABS lines poke out through the frame. So it's still on there but not being used. Much easier than removing it. It's great now. The ABS was spongy, scary and disappointing. Most are. We use original discs and callipers and EBC pads."

I suppose that's the compromise manufacturers have to make between track and road. Many thanks

@@BrianMcCann421 You also need to realize EVERY single bike mag runs the bikes on their stock suspension settings because usually multiple riders are on them of various weights on the same day during shootouts etc. Which is a shame because these upgraded R-R models come with fully adjustable suspension designed for custom setup. That is where the magic comes from.

Hi James, I've only ridden the 2017 S1000rr once, in Qatar over 6 months ago, I think to give an accurate answer I'd have to back to back them.... hope to get a chance to do this...

Motovudu Hi, whats the color of the wheels? The original in the black model? I have this Suzuki and the rear suspension are very soft. I use your configuration in the future and I hope to solution. And the bomb of brakes are not good. The other is power power and power! Please answer me. Thanks for the video

Everyone says that about Suzuki, yet they all run the same exact brakes except for Yamaha. Hmmmm.
