Love everything about this workout!! The music, the moves, the active rest, and most of all the encouraging smiles throughout 😁 The workout is low impact, but the music and tempo had me putting some bounce into the moves and some freestyle dancing around the room during the active breaks 💃🔥🙌 Definitely subscribing for more like this!!! 👏👏👏👏

Another good workout. I've subscribed, and am looking forward to trying the standing abs and stretches for seniors that will fit into a 15 min work break. I modified in a couple places, both to add intensity with front and side kicks, and slowing down to lunge and squat more deeply. Very enjoyable!

Thank you for sharing your ideas for advanced modifications. It will be helpful for others. The standing abs routines are surprisingly effective. It's an exercise for your core but you'll also release back tension and tone the shoulders.
