I hope you and your company got suitable compensation for this. We're learning about this in school and Mattel has high revenues. We're learning about companies who say it's good for exposure. You don't need as much as they do, so I hope you charged them 100K for this. 😊

Phenomenal! I can’t wait for the next installment. I’d honestly love it if we got one of these stop-motion minis once a month. How long did it take you and your team to complete this, from pre-pro to final edit?

I would love to put out one per month but the majority of my team is just me and my wife...ha! so I would need some full time help to make that schedule. Its usually 1 week to write and 2 week to storyboard and edit - 2 weeks of set building - 4 weeks of animation - 1 week of compositing - and 1 week sound. so that's about...11 weeks per episode. If we get support at some point that can come down quite a bit...TONS of work for every min of animation.

@@JustinRaschAnimation HOLY COW! Thats a lot of weeks, and you're not only pre-production and production but also POST-production, huh? So, its not like you can start on the writing/storyboarding after passing it off to the post-production team. I hope your clients pay you well enough for all your time. I used to produce an online sitcom, our little scrappy team were pre-pro/production/post-pro - but we didn't have to full with sets or animation, so it wasn't NEARLY as involved as yours. Granted, at least you don't have to coordinate scheduling the talent 🙂
