He was randomly released on Mattel Creations then He was released at Walmart Collector Con months later And sold out immediately And was never restocked to this day. Then He was randomly released again on creations then randomly at Target sold out immediately then randomly released on best buy and sold out immediately again and all those instances He was already gone by the time people found out.
