Thanks for the honest review! I see so many reviews that give overwhelming praise on these MOC sets, and conversely those that just talk about how terrible they are. So I appreciate seeing your optimism early, and then disappointment when the weakness is encountered. The actuators are called "linear actuators", so you were close. The pieces you hadn't seen before (at 5:10) are portal axle housings. Portal axles use a set of gears for each wheel, and that allows the main axle between two wheels to be a lot higher up than the center of the wheels. They are quite common in off-road type vehicles. Lego uses them a lot in their Technic models, and these appear to be the exact same as the Lego versions.

Regarding the servo motor, no forklift i've ever operated has ever had re aligning servo. So props for realism imo

I dismantled all the rack and worm gears and use a dark cotton string to lift the mast. I use the shaft as the hoist and it works.

I just saw that this model is on sale for 97 bucks but seeing this I’m not sure if it’s worth the head acke I would replace those gears with Lego gears and yes they make them !!!

I cant seem to get the wheel hub pieces to snap all the way in on mine. Also, I am definitely missing two much needed universal joints in bag 5

The problem possibly caused by misalignment of two worm gears, check Kevin Moo’s original instruction may help.

there is too much play on the bigger gray gear.. the hole is too big through the gear... I hope lego makes that gear because that would fix the problem

The two front tires don't stick to the rest of the build. To be more precise, the part with the three points that clicks on the tires doesn't stay put, can I just stick it with glue?

Maybe the gears would be a little bit stronger, if you would buy them from Lego. They normally make parts in a much better quality. I am waiting for this forcklift, and if it's the same crap, i will try to use Lego parts instead 👍🏿

It is in the past cada makes better parts then Lego now. Tgl jstar mould King sembo they are all better and cheaper
