Moulding ICFs (Insulated Concrete Formworks)

This video shows the manufacturing process of an ICF block being moulded on a Hirsch 1450 Transfer Machine at DS Smith Foam Products manufacturing facility in Northampton. The video shows how metal wire ties are insert moulded to form an integral part of the finished moulding.
