Spongeycraft So all you criticize is the fact that the angles change really fast. But that’s supposed to be like that, to underline the speed of the time, of the scene itself. For the sad, slow scenes, the camera is be the same.

I was 11 when this movie came out in 2001. I was dazzled by Nicole Kidman in this scene and her outfit was the inspiration for several Halloween costumes over the years, lol. As a 31 year old straight woman, I continue to be dazzled by her beauty, grace, and talent in this movie (and all others for that matter). Couldn't really have thought of a better actress to play Grace Kelly than her.
