Saw the show in September - absolutely loved it. Second row seats, I was in heaven. And why can’t people just enjoy instead of comparing to the movie version. This is live theater, no auto-tune, no retakes, and they perform eight times a week.

Auto-tune? How stuck up and ignorant can you be completely ignoring the fact Ewan McGregor sung almost all his songs live/on set, what you see in the movie is real. These two sounds completely different then the original cast so it's perfect ok people love the original couple more.

caro d. You don’t have to apologize, I do. I came at you a little hard, not because I’m a Brendon Urie zealot, but because I got from your post that comparing both was an insult to Aaron’s talent, which would be ludicrous. Sure, there are plenty of astonishing male vocalists nowadays from Luke Sital Singh to James Bay, passing by James Vincent McMorrow and Adam Lambert, Tom Odell or Ben Platt, but as far as being on Broadway and killing it in pop rock, Brendon is in the stratosphere. I think both would be very happy to be compared with each other.
