New subscriber here 🎉 I'm down 25 lbs in 18 weeks, 55 to go! The starting weight was 218 lbs. So excited for you!! I'm on compound Tirzepitide, started at 2.5 for 2 months, the 3.0 for 1 month, then 3.5 for two weeks, then 4.0 for 2 weeks and now I'm at 4.5 for 2 weeks. Will move up to 5 mg next week and stay on it for one month or more depending on losses. Moving up gradually has helped me avoid any terrible side effects. Inches are a great thing to track, you're doing AMAZING!! 😍 🙏 -Val

Well done on the weight loss. I think the doses affect us all in different ways and I am thinking I have to move up to 7.5 as a think the 5 has stopped working as effectively. Thought I’d be in it for ages but 11 weeks on 5mg and think it might be time. I have 3 more weeks on this own so will see if I keep losing or if it stalls. I’m a small channel and whooped and jumped for joy when I hit 200 so I totally get your emotion at 500. Well done you 👏 I love how supportive this community is and you saying out your channel below. I think we are all rooting for each other as we all share the same stories and desire. Keep up the good work. ❤

I'm a new subscriber. I'm confused by 2 months when it's not 2 calendar month's 2 Dec to 17th January or was that a typo?

I started the Mounjaro injection on 17th November, and started weighing myself, so it was 2 months results on 17th January. But unfortunately I didn't start recording measurements until 2nd December. So it is technically 2 months (8 weeks) on injection and all the scale info. Hope that makes sense 😊
