I was getting headaches too😒 but this week I got them to stop with electrolytes(Ultima brand) and prioritizing protein

Headaches could be down to electroltyes. Add a sprinkle of salt to your food. This also helps with fatigue.

I have been on .25 for 3 weeks. No supression after 1st week. I am nervous to go upto .5 im scared of side effects.

You should be fine to go up, but you can stay on 2.5mg if it's working for you x

I will do a total video in a few days but I think it's around 11lbs now. I'm a uk size 12 so I haven't a lot to lose 😊 x
