Mounjaro Day 44 - Titrating up to 5mg - Side Effects, Update, and CGM Blip

I’m on the 15mg dose of mounjaro I was 522 pounds I’m currently at 451 only side effect I had was the hard constipation been taking meta mucil and miralax and it’s been helping tremendously sometimes the bottom of my stomach get bothered with gas but I take gas x maximum and it helps with that other than that I’m continuing going to the gym 5 days a week cardio and building muscle

How long did it take you to get up to 15mg? Did you notice side effects each step of the way?

Glad it was helpful! Best of luck! My CGM has been a bit crazy for me lately but figuring out how to deal with it! So many false readings. I just had to take it off or I will not be able to sleep! LOL - I need to change it because I def don't want to be without one. It helps me so much!

The only symptom i have is anxiety. I just want to know if anyone else is suffering from this? Will this get worse as the dose goes higher.

@@yelisvlog It is the munjaro. It’s one of the side effects. It’s terrible because i go through a bad episode every night since taking it. I had my last shot on Sunday so hopefully it will stop because I’ve never experienced this before the shot. Thank you so much i appreciate it i will let you know.

It does get better I went through it for a couple weeks,hang in there.

I went from 2.5 to 5 after 2 weeks. I do notice indigestion, and no appetite. I did notice it when I first started 2.5 but it went away with 3 days. Didn't notice it anymore after that. Now after I went to 5.. the flatulence is about 10/10 3 days in.

Hoping your side effects get better. Talk all this over with your doctor. I am lucky enough to have a wonderful doctor and she has helped me figure out the best titration schedule for me and not the cookie cutter titration every 4 weeks! Good luck!

This is my second week of being on Mounjaro and I have had no response. I am still wanting to eat is this normal? I was on Ozempic before this.

I have the same reactions that you have had. If you knock off your sensor, you can call Abbott and they will replace it for free. The Dimora clear patches work well to cover the sensor (Libre3) and im in a pool 5 days a week teaching kids. My left arm works best w little side effects, except for an injection site reaction. For the nausea and acid reflux, try aromatic bitters and club soda (an old bartenders trick). Looking forward to watching your more recent videos

Gas X helps with that Burpy gas. I got that too . 😊
