Absolutely beautiful hike. I love rainbow falls and ypu did a great job talking about the mushrooms too and nice to see the snail. The tree cemetery with the smoke was amazing. Oh that's sad about the baby bird. Yes definitely a good idea to bring your headland. Great dinner choice too. Those salamanders are amazing. Wow that's amazing about the book. ❤😮 I love it. Congratulations!

We went on a beautiful day and had a great time ❤️ Love seeing all the different salamanders in the smokies! Yeah we've been working on it off and on throughout the year and just now I decided to mention it for the first time eventually we'll do a formal introduction to it. Appreciate you watching 😀

Yeah that was pretty crazy seeing all of it that far down! It actually made its way to Georgia a few days later. That waterfall is really pretty glad we finally went and checked it out 😄

Love the video of your trek up via Rainbow Falls. We’ve never hiked this route (having visited the lodges via Alum Cave Bluff 4 times) so I liked being able to see this route through your video. Y’all did a great job! The last time we hiked Alum Cave Trail up to the lodges was last September and it rained all the way up. We got a respite at Alum Cave but that was it until we started our descent. I haven’t made a video of this hike yet but I need to. I subscribed and will check out some of your other videos.

Hey appreciate you checking out the video! Our first time was alum cave Trail and it rained on us most of the way up also lol We did that video a couple of years ago. Highly recommend doing rainbow Falls it's awesome! Beautiful route! Appreciate you watching and subscribing 😀

Just wanted to ask how the trail is coming back diwn from the falls? Some say its very difficult. We were wondering your opinion. We have done Alum to Mt LeConte so just wanted to go to the falls. Love your videos.
@NickandRachel Жыл бұрын
I wouldn't say it's any harder than The trip back down from Alum cave. So it's just over 5 mi round trip to the waterfall and back to the parking lot and 1,600 ft in elevation. If you have problems with your knees I would just bring some walking sticks and maybe a knee brace Get there early and just take it easy It's a beautiful hike 😁 We're glad you enjoy the videos and we appreciate you watching and commenting it really helps the channel out ❤️
