Been up there many a time in the evening, but never that early in the morning. Brave man walking there in the dark and not getting lost. When I was young One of my older brothers took Mum and Dad, myself and my younger brother to see the fireworks from the top of Mt Vic. We got part way up when the car conked out. Unfortunately it happened to coincide with a power cut, so no city lighting to get our bearings. Mum and us two young ones walked home in the pitch black down Alexander Road to Newtown. Absolutely scary, we were both crying our eyes out.

We call it mount Victoria but we also call it a hill not a mountain. Mountains are much bigger

If you looked closely at the road that goes along the waterfront about that time, you might have seen a Little Old Man Running ;-) That would be me. We have some spectacular sunrises at this time of year. It makes dragging yourself out of bed that much more worthwhile.

You're very welcome. Enjoy the 'brisk' weather, and be thankful you're not down here. It's freezing first thing in the morning now hehe
