you missed the safe in the water tank at the dew collector at the second POI. there is a setting you can increase the number of quests you can do daily in the start menu up to 8 per day.

I set up shop in that church during my first playthrough right before 1.0 released and never found that hidden spot. I had even upgraded everything to concrete so I was never going to find it after that.

You don't really need to worry about being ready for Horde Night. Horde Night will happen whether you're ready or not.

Somebody said to get into the creative menu and give yourself 'trader tickets' - never heard of those but I guess you can use those to get back to the tier you were on.

Quality 1 to 5 armors give a 5% bonus per quality lvl 5 to 25 and quality 6 doubles it to 50%. I find havingf the helmet for each set is worthwhile whether you want teh bonus or not since you can put the stat mod in it and have a bigger harvestign boost foir the set without investing in the attribute.

You can set how many quests you can do per day - it's in settings somewhere. I haven't played since they changed that. You can set it to unlimited. The reason for putting that in was for multiplayer servers.

Apparently the cap is 8, and its in the create game screen when you load your save file. I was looking into a way to exceed that, even edited the registry, and doesn't seem to affect it. Either case, 8 was enough to get me most of the way there with T3 quest tickets.

I lock my tabs at the bottom so that it pulls from looted ammo first instead of my stock. saved me from having to manually refill it if I blow through the full stack of ammo in one mission or horde night

I love the base it worked out so well. I know its a progression thing but you make one hell of the base. And the trader progression changed. I know GNS had that very say issues. He thought he was going to be doing tier 6 and he was only at 3. Excellent horde night. Looking forward to more of the progression

You can change the amount of quests per day in the setting where you can change air drops, you can set all the way up to 8 per day.

You should dev mode yourself the trader teirs back to where you were. I'm sure you can cause honestly, I hate seeing all the creators have this happen and then think they need to go do questing again or stop altogether. Especially since they made it so you can only do 3 quests a day (which I think is a terrible idea).

You only turned in two you can still turn this one in for three but if you get another quest today you will not get progression. The symbol comes on as soon as you finished the third quest to tell you next one doesn’t count.

50% to undead I think, there are a few perks that do 50% to ranged damage as well

You can stack pocket mods evidently. What do you call a female zombie with one leg? Eileen. Wait until you get up a tier 6 auto shotty. I think that's the best weapon for just the amounts of knock-downs you can do with one shot. With the duckbill mod. I killed like 10 of them in a wandering horde with just two shots from it. You can kind of bunch them up first. With a strength build you can get a +2 strength with the cigar and the +1 strength mod you can put in your helmet slots. I don't think any of the other ones can you get a +2 like that. Dig out above your base area three or four blocks so if they do dig down through they'll land on your 'roof' that'll have either an easy path out from there or lots of traps to kill them - if that gets to be a problem that is. Fill the zombie hole up with blocks - easier that way and stronger.

I'm up to a point where I'm waiting for the stable to drop - I think that's not too far off. I'm in the 'build a big-ass base' stage but I don't feel like grinding it out and then have to restart a new game.

what if u found a new base spot for the next base in the winter biome after bob's area then start moving so after the horde u can just take the forges and work benches to the new base that is sorta started already can help u for when u need more things crafted without it feeling like u are overwhelmed.

@@Genosis it would still work. U will get demos by the time u reach the winter biome and steel is ur only defense against them. All ur doing is smelting as much as u can before stuff hits the fan. If it was DF then u would be able to smelt faster but the difficulty will ramp up too fast for u to handle. Also ur boxes were in danger of going poof last horde make sure u protect them a bit next time.

some more bad news for you GEN with this last update they put a limit on the quests you can do and that is why you went back to TIER 1 QUESTS so go into your gane settings and change it to UNLIMIT like it was before the update.

So now TFP has implemented "Quest Limits" of 3 per day. Way to encourage players to do less. Seems like they are determined to make the game as slow as possible. Also seems everything else hasn't worked to do this, so now they implemented the "Your work and points dont count". Really nice.

To be fair, it is a server option available at the game start all the way to 8. So, it's up to the player to limit or not!
