Stephanie, this is for you. Glad to see you getting up in the mountains and cooking trout. Here is my recipe, garlic power sprinkle in the body of the, or garlic butter, Fresca Salsa and lemon juice in the body, if you like you can put the Fresca Salsa around the trout and then bake them in the foil. And then of course, avocado on the side and get some meat on the fork and a piece of avocado...look forward to more of this with you both, hope you really enjoyed this.

We grew up fishing hunting and camping all over Arizona. My mom enjoyed all of it. She was bagging her limits and cooking them on the open fire. Try a pineapple upside down cake in a Dutch over! Yummy! Love you guys! Brings back so many memories! My is watching you from heaven! I pray god keeps his blessings upon you and your family! Going over to family channel. By the way , just because you're camping doesn't mean you have to eat bean from a can. Unless you like beans from a can!-)

If you haven't already gotten the shovel I would highly recommend the cold steel shovel. I have one and I've used it for a little over 3 years now and I couldn't be any more happy. They're also very reasonably priced. You can dig a hole or chop a small tree down with one.
