I see you are at one of my favorite places that I visit often, living close by in Vermont - Hammond Pond. I enjoy all of the trails from that trail head, no crush of people like the high peaks. I'm lucky to live close by but wish I lived right there! You're lucky!

There's a little more trivia I lived in the Adirondacks for 4 years the original word was ratirondack... Bark eater. And I agree turn the news off turn the TV off that gives just gives us a distorted picture of reality get out into nature the real world.

I watched the show. However, I don’t think they did a very good job in highlighting your diet. I kept asking “what is she eating?!!” It would be great if you could provide a list of the diet that sustained you with reference to the history around what you used. Thanks again! Really enjoyed your segments
