I spaced out. Were the Harkon to-wound rolls a homebrew or just the stupidest rules ever seen in Warhammer?

Alot of special character rules are fairly stupid. Walach's to-wound rolls are completely official though - He has a similar effect in his incarnation in 5th Edition. In 5th edition, 1-3 lower an enemy's A by 1, 4-5 reduced their M by 1, and a 6 was an auto kill.

Cant charge your main unit into the enemy army alone and completely unsupported, you advance your entire line together as one….. Also literally the only unit you CANT charge with them is the Pheonix Guard (as they have 4+ Ward), so charges the Pheonix guard……🤦🏻‍♂️
