Thank you for putting these rug cleaning videos online. My 8 year old daughter gets very emotional at times. When she gets that way, I put on one of your videos and we cuddle while watching it. Something about the sounds, motion of the cleaning action and seeing the slow progress in combination with the cuddles calms her emotions and makes her feel happier again. In other words, the videos are strangely therapeutic for her and me. So once again, thank you from South Africa 😊

I must give credit to the tenacity of the stain between the hair ribbon and the right eye of the top center panel. You threw pretty much everything at it and it still didn't come out. But the rest of the rug came out fantastic 🙂 My guess some little girl is going to be very happy with this one.

You have the absolute best technique for cleaning rugs, I saw a tool like lusqueege but it hooks up to water so as you scrap it puts out water at the same time

Oh wow I just read that you rescue old discarded rugs, clean them for free and give them to people in need! That's so sweet. At first I thought you'd never make any profit with the amount of products you use, as you'd have to charge the owner of that rug, more to clean it, than what it's worth to buy a new one! Then I thought who TF lets a rug get that bad? 😳 Someone could decorate a whole lil girl's room around that rug for well under £100. Easy. Pale pink curtains and bedding, a couple of frames of Hello Kitty pictures printed free off the internet and charity shop frames painted pink or white, a couple of Hello Kitty dolls sitting on the bed. It's so easy to create a "theme" room for children and cheap, if you only focus on one main themed item, such as this rug. I used to grab tons of charity shop bedding and curtains when my daughter was little, taught myself to sew, and made cushions, quilts, blinds, bed base covers, throws, edged bath and hand towels, lampshades, bags and all sorts. I was a single Mum but I wasn't going to let lack of cash get in the way of giving my daughter a nice comfortable home. Reusing, recycling, make-do-and-mend can often give you a nicer finished room for a bargain, than people who buy expensive items but their home has no character. It's really lovely you recycle these and give them a new purpose again. At first I really thought you use so many products and equipment that I didn't think you'd ever sustain your income. It if was a big, antique heirloom rug for example, that would make sense for someone willing to pay a lot for a professional clean. But for a rug like this one, I couldn't imagine a customer paying what your cleaning effort, insurance, time and product costs were worth....just for a child's Hello Kitty rug, you know? It didn't make business sense in my head for you to make a living. Now I know why you do what you do, I just think that's so kind of you. I'm gonna subscribe! 😊 "Mountain" ... ? 🤔 Wales? Peak District perhaps? I'm in East Sussex but there's no mountains here. I presumed by your business name that you were based in America at first...but my head kept saying, that garage looks so British! And I was right! I knew it! 😁

This is why I enjoy this channel so much. Are there horrifyingly dirty rugs out there? Most definitely. But I like how not every single one needs to be dirtier and more disgusting than the previous one. This is just rug cleaning and I really like coming back here just for that.
