I'm glad to see people are finally getting around to making good battle report videos instead of just showing us videos of hands rolling dice. Showing the animated overhead view of the board is a fantastic touch, I would only suggest adding icons or names to help us keep track of which operatives we are looking at in the overhead. It'd be easier to follow along knowing specifically where a Gunner operative is positioned for example.

Great battle report guys As a thousand sons player Ive got a couple recommendations. First definitely check out the warp coven rules from white dwarf, gw said in their dataslate they recommend taking those rules over the compendium team. However for the compendium rules I tend to go with flamers and play choke points as it gives you the ability to put torrent to work along with the firestorm ability to cover things with the "indirect" word

Agreed. As a player who tried thousand sons, then warpcoven, the difference is insane. 3 sorcerers, with mutation create... 3 times more threat. Also, a full marine warpcoven is 6 units, not 5. Huge difference.

Even running 1 Sorcerer in Warpcoven is better than this. There is a reason the old Thousand Sons team was invalidated. The models transfer 1-1, just have enhanced abilities.

I think the formula of ‘how to actually report a battle report’ hasn’t been perfected on KZbin. Its oftentimes a struggle to follow what is happening. But this video was short and easy to follow, thanks to that clear overview graphic and commentary. Keep doing what you’re doing!

This report format is superb! Leagues better of most BRs that you can find. BRAVO, guys. If I would have to point at something that I like the least I'd pick amount of that "glitch" effect - it's too often during beginning: narration, channel intro and unit overview.

Also just wanted to add as a fellow Thousand Sons player; when facing higher body count teams, I can't pass up using the Sorcerer's warp blast ability to target multiple units clumped together in the deployment zone early game. Get them softened up so the rubies can finish them off with bolters.

Really high production value, but I would love some overhead views of each of the moves. The map is nice, but even that isn't really shown often. So much of Kill Team is positioning and setting up sight lines, and you can't really see the decision making from these low-angle shots.

shoulda done a Stub-Carbine for the Sicarian, if you were using Infiltrators With Ceaseless you can re-roll 1's and can only fail on a 2 due to the 3+ WS and the Leaders can only fail on a 1 with the Stub-Carbine due to the 2+ WS instead of the 3+ WS
