6:10 Your observation is right because Thai and Chinese languages like Mandarin, Cantonese etc are tonal languages. The meaning changes if you pronounce same sound in different tone. Among Indian languages, only Punjabi and Dogri are tonal. The word pronounced Kořā may mean ਕੋੜਾ کوڑا whip or ਘੋੜਾ گھوڑا horse based on different tones in Punjabi.

@@sahilbharti7047 these languages are unrelated. Japanese has simple syllables and no tones. It is grammatically complex. Japanese is written in a mixture of Hiragana (phonetic letters) and Kanji (Chinese symbols). Mandarin Chinese has simple syllables but it's consonants and vowels are not familiar in our languages. Moreover it is tonal language. It is simple grammatically. Chinese is written in its own script where each letter has a different meaning. There is high chance of homophones in Chinese script.
