Interesting and good review of Mous giving it thought as I was going to go down the satnav route with the FX8 Pro Fodsport intercom to pare with it as navigation is all I need it for really but this is food for thought .👌👍

I’m going with the off-brand quad lock. Mostly because I don’t want to have to switch between my protective otterbox-style battery case and that thin case. Since I’m off-roading it’ll need protection in case I drop it.

You should check out the Peak Design motorcycle mounting solution too. Better than Quadlock, and a similar concept to Mous, but can be used with different phone cases

I am worried about the vibration dampening quad locks system SEEMS better but i cant find any side by side testing...

They’re identical mate, as in all the vibration dampeners save your phone. Some bounce more than others, but that’s how they work.

Mous for me. I’v used Quad lock and Mous, both with vibration dampening. For me, I prefer Mous due it’s much slimmer case. The Quadlock case mount point protrudes out so is more bulky for the pocket. Also Mous is easier to attach to mount.

it looks like it does move a lot when u touch it... how is this comapared to the quad lock?

It moves more, but you don’t notice when riding. They’re very much on par

i've checked out so many reviews but non of them do it on dirt bikes do you think it would hold up to trail riding on a dirt bike?

I would say yes, but this is where I think the more insulating QL case maybe better for keeping dust out. But both can have a poncho option which would make a difference 👍🏻

ram where the biggest mounts long before quadlock, its just that quadlock cases suck. if they joined with say otter box they'd be best bar none

That’s a blast from the past!! RAM still being used for when you want niche GoPro/insta mounts but really dropped down the ranks for phones

I thought there was a massive difference between the 2 Quadlock did iPhone X case mous didn’t and mous was expensive so easy one to go for Quadlock for me

I mean it’s part of the pack, there is no extra you have to add. So a one stop shop.
