Mouth and MacNeal's boundless optimism was such a breath of fresh air in those self-indulgent, dirge heavy early 1970s. It's a tragedy that "Mouth" is no longer with us. They definitely had a lot of great music left in them.

This song was a great hit in summer 1972. I was 10 years old and I remember the song from the radio (Radio Veronica). It is great to see the video now! He dumped her on Christmas night 1974. Mouth and McNeal went to the Eurovision Song festival in 1974 and I think they ended in the ranking at number 3(song name: I see a star).

Willem Duyn aka Mouth died of a heart attack on 4th Dec. 2004. Maggie (Sjoukje van't Spijker) is still alive.

Little mistake, Sorry. He dumped Sjoukje v/h Spijker (mc Neal) in 1974 a few months after this clip. He replaced her with his wife Ingrid Kup to form the duo Mouth and little Eve. This is the truth, thanks for your correction.
