Josh single handedly showing the whole community all the mistakes I'm still doing haha. I'm just laughin at this point since I've made all these mistakes or still making them and it's funny to see you drop a nice video for the folks. This is a very good video because it saves everybody time and prevents them from going through what I did, thus wasting a lotta time and energy learning it on your own. Pay attention and remind yourself when practicing and it'll be so much easier.

I kinda think, honestly, that we arabic speakers are too out and too low. We need to make it higher and more in.

Well, I think that tension is, basically, the core problem for all speakers, not arabic per se. We all should work on that. There are two types of tension. Rising and lowering. Arabic speakers tend to have the lowering. Regardless of your original language, work on tension the most. When I say lowering what I mean by that is lowering the tongue down, usually the middle part.

couldn't wait to finish watching the video to throw my comment. These are exactly my mistakes 😂 I've learned pronunciation and practiced it for a long time, although everything was mostly TECHNICALLY right, I could feel something was missing when comparing the resonance and texture of the sounds I'm making with those of native speakers. If you remember we've discussed in the comments the concept of " voice placement" that's why I've been sticking around this concept just to get rid of those mistakes you mentioned. 😅 Can't find words to show how grateful I am ❤️ I'm going back to continue watching the video 😃

Why did it cannot be pronounced like that, only if it's contracted to why'd it. The option with the R doesn't exist. I assume you're writing the R to represent the flapped-D, which is correct and the most common thing to do (it's the normal pronunciation here), but if you mean an actual R, you can never replace a D for an R
