Everytime weird to see a german Frikadelle from Hamburg called a "Hamburgersteak" xD I never knew why the americans who brought the recipe and japanese didn't keep the original name 😅 In germany a dish called "Hamburgersteak" doesn't exist :D Your korean version with panko looks delicious too

아 여기 먹어봤는데 꽤 맛있음 장사가 저래 잘되는지는 몰랐는데.... 이사가기 전에 맛있어서 배민으로도 열댓번 시켜보고 매장 가서도 몇번 먹어봄 함박도 맛있고 가게 인테리어도 진짜 개이뻐서 만족도 높은가게였

he put so much stuff in the "hamburger" it is more like a complex meatball. including milk, blended leek,onion and demi glace. might as well put bread crumbs in there!
