まな板をしっかり洗い流されていたシーンが全てを物語ってるけど、厨房が綺麗。清潔。ご主人の人柄が出ていそう。 お好み焼きを裏返した瞬間、あー好きなやつだと思った。料理の仕上がり図もセンスを感じる。大阪在住だけど、意外にここっていうところがないだけに早速行かせてもらいます。

The thing that stood out to me most as an American is how he said "There's a lot of cabbage in this. It's very good for you. Lots of fiber." I don't think I've ever heard a chef here (at least where I live) talk about the choice of ingredients specifically because it's good for you. That's amazing!
