The thing that stood out to me most as an American is how he said "There's a lot of cabbage in this. It's very good for you. Lots of fiber." I don't think I've ever heard a chef here (at least where I live) talk about the choice of ingredients specifically because it's good for you. That's amazing!

He is an amazing chef. Using those big heavy knives and cutting so precisely requires a lot of practice and he has mastered that skill. I love the way those grills are set on the table.

That chef is the hardest working guy I've ever seen - the tempo he keeps up to serve so many people so fast is incredible. I hope he gets well paid for both the quality of his food and his hard work!! Clearly customers love his food and appreciate his flavors! I dont know what all the ingrendients are but I would have tried pretty much everything! LOL

Oh wow 😮 I've seen some great Okonomiyaki made but this guy certainly knows how to bring all those different ingredients and flavors together with his dish!! My favorite is the Grandpa Negiyaki with pork that's a New One for me!! Again I love the flavors that he put together with this Signature Dish🔥!! If I was to come to Osaka I'm definitely making my way to his shop and have some of this incredible food!! Phenomenal 🎇 Video and Thanks for Sharing 🙏🏽

도쿄에 워킹홀리데이로 있을 적에 텟판야끼 집에서 아르바이트를 했었던 추억이 되살아나는 것 같았습니다. 몇 년이나 지났지만 지금도 철판 앞에 서서 코테를 잡으면 그때의 느낌이 돌아올진 모르겠지만 영상을 보는 내내 음식을 만드는 모습과 제 추억이 함께 버무려져서 한동안 멍하니 바라보고만 있었습니다. 먹어본 적은 없지만 만드는 모습만 봐도 분명 엄청 맛있을 거 같아서 나중에 오사카로 여행을 가게 되면 여행 계획에 꼭 넣어서 한 번 가보려고 합니다.

Really enjoy the fact that it's a basic and small menu, kept clean (although that is mainly due to being a newly opened restaurant as well as the workers maintaining equipment) and overall a nice small and enjoyable place.
