Thanks to @Greg Phillips. for the recipe suggestion 👍 And especially a big thank you Greg for the copious supply of ☕ I often receive recipe requests and I will get to them. But due to my schedule, which is mainly catering to every need of my 2 year old plus daily life responsibilities, I have to plan accordingly 😆I usually make a bunch of videos ahead of time. Though most of my time is split between editing and again, being an on call butler to my baby girl 😀 By the way I forgot to mention bean sprouts in the video but yeah, there's sprouts in there 👍

Mr Wally…… As a kid, my mother exposed us to so many wonderfully delicious dishes! As a Nutritionist and Dietician, was tasked with learning about many Countries, Cultures and Cuisines….. in order to better serve her clients. Not only did they benefit from this but our family did so as well. From Africa, to France, Asia, to South America and Europe…… we have traveled the globe one dish at a time. Her latest desire, to recreate one of our childhood faves. Moo Shu Pork! Last night (with your wonderful recipe) she was able to do just that! As I took my first bite, I was transported back to the little restaurant where I was first introduced to this dish. It’s was perfection! Each ingredient, perfectly balanced and complimenting the next. Thank you for helping her to accomplish this goal. Your recipe had all of the complexities of flavors, without being overwhelming. Thank you for this Masterpiece!👏👏👏👏 Sincerely, Dee

Thank you for another recipe. I’m “rustic” - I buy pre-packed coleslaw (shredded cabbage and carrots) to save on prep and minced/ground pork. Will add wood ear mushrooms, bean sprouts and the aromatics you’ve used. 😋

You got it 👍 I will work on a recipe with tofu skin 😀 My mother makes a soup with it as well as a stir fry, both are Cantonese comfort foods. You're husband is an amazing guy foraging for mushrooms in the forest 😀

Moo shu wrapper is similar to a wrap? Much cheaper to make them yourself. I think pork can be replaced w beef or even chicken. Thanks for sharing

Are these freshor dried bamboo shoots?
@WallyCooksEverything5 ай бұрын
I used fresh because it’s easy for me to get here. You can use canned too just make sure you soak and rinse in case they add salt to it.

corn flour??? do you means corn starch??
@WallyCooksEverything Жыл бұрын
It is the same. If you live in North America or parts of Europe look for cornstarch. Otherwise in Asia it's called cornflour. Kinda like depending on where you live, gasoline is called petrol 👍

It’s because I am too lazy to make the wrapper I will probably eat it with rice. Sorry I just ruined the entire recipe. 😅
