Actually translation is wrong. ITs not grapefruit which is tart BUT it is POMELO which is very sweet. Pomelo is very refreshing and is a tropical fruit

I think I used "grapefruit" because most Westerners wouldn't know what a Pomelo is & it's the first word that comes to mind. The freshness, size and variety of fruit in Asia is mindblowing and mouthwatering. The food in general is out of this world. Can't wait to get back there and travel around more.

5:00 The leaf you call " Dai Bay Leaf", in Viet Nam we call them " lá lốt". You can use them to wrap minced pork or beef ( already add flavors like salt, pepper, onion,...) then deep fried in oil, this food names " chả lá lốt". Eat with vermicelli and sauce, it is so delicious.
